It's time...

8 months almost to the day we journeyed quietly and soberly to Montana to drop off Derek at school amid much crying. Ok maybe not so much - more like a wild ride and way too much "fuel", laughter, wresting in the back seat, practical jokes sleeping, odd car games and exploring. 

Tonight we start our trip again to go to Derek's graduation. Looks different this time. No Gusdaman and Paulson to add to the fun. We are flying partway out this time and only attempting 2500 miles and 3 days of hiking over the course of the next 6 or so days. Tonight we're headed to Philly to be ready to catch an early flight tomorrow morning. Hopefully our trip will consist of some great coffee shops and unique restaurants and cool hiking spots. 

I'll do my best to post twice a day. Hope you'll share the ride. Woot woot! We're Montana bound.
